Hey everyone!  I know I havent updated in awhile and I’m sorry but I’ve been pretty busy with other sites/real life.  However, I jump back into updating with lots of gorgeous scans of Blake from the most recent issue of Vogue.  She looks absolutely beautiful as always:

I have to give props to Vogue. They always seem to be able to give Blake Lively the justice she deserves. And on the June 2010 cover she looks great! But they had a surfing shoot. I know that I would look good too if I were on the beach. In the interview for the magazine she talks about The Green Lantern, surfing and living in Los Angeles. Here are the highlights:

On her part in The Green Lantern: “All I want is to be a hero to my nephews and nieces. I’m going to be the coolest aunt ever. Our director likes it real—the fights close and dirty,” she explains, and for added veracity aerial stunts are being filmed in the rig created for The Matrix. “I’m 40 feet in the air, spiraling around. That’s the best workout you can ever do because it’s all core,” she tells me. “You do that for ten minutes and you should see your body the next day! It’s so exhilarating, so thrilling—and nauseating!”

On wearing a wet suit to go surfing: “Of course you have to pee in your wet suit,” she declares with startling matter-of-factness. “It will keep you warm; they all do it.”

Los Angeles v. New York v. New Orleans: “I haven’t lived in California for so long,” she says sheepishly, “but my New York guise is gone. Ostrich flats don’t really workon the beach!” New Orleans has already lulled her into its gentler pace. “I’m used to that sweet, syrupy Southern mentality,” she says. “There is so much heart. I love, love, love New York, but it’s nice sometimes to have not so much to do—there’s time to walk through the park and to cook.”

Blake Lively shows off her gorgeous gams as Esquire’s February 2010 cover girl, out January 19.

That Penn Badgley is one lucky guy!

The 22-year-old actress talks to the mag about how easy it is to snap into her Gossip Girl character: “I can snap into Serena very easily. The way I dress as Serena is pretty much the way I dress as me. I’m living in New York City, shooting in New York City. I’m in a comfort zone.”

As for her experience filming the upcoming drama The Town with directed by Ben Affleck: “It was crazy.”

As for her sex scene with Ben, Blake shares, “I have a sex scene in this film and that’s never comfortable. You think, ‘Oh, this is going to be so awkward.’ But this scene isn’t supposed to be a steamy one — it’s sort of tragic. … I’m pretty much crying in it.”
